Unfortunately, no. In a lot of the states, you have to be atleast 16 to get a part-time job. If you want to gain some money for the summer, consider baby-sitting, pet-sitting, mowing lawns, etc. If you need more information, contact your local chamber of commerce.

yes, try the local gas station, where you will have lots of fun stocking drinks in the coolers, putting snacks and other food products on shelves, doing some cashier duties, and even cleaning the restrooms. Doesn't that sound like a lot of fun for you?

Maybe just start babysitting for a friend or family member. The only thing I can think of is Chick-Fil-A but you need to be 15.
