permanent? it couldn't be unless your hair does not grow. if you dye it wid pink, your hair will still grow and the true color will be seen. but if u insist, go to a professional salon and ask for that. but if you really want it to be forever, there are two choices: have it dyed regularly or wear a pink wig...

First go to Sally Beauty Supply. You will more than likely have to bleach your hair blonde first so the pink will show up. Then ask the ppl which dye is permanent. Pick a pink color and apply. The longer you leave it on the longer the color will last. However dont leave it on too long. Also the color may be permanent but it will eventually fade so you will more than likely need to reapply sooner or later if you like the color

you can get semi permanent and if I remember correctly permanent at Sally's beauty supply. Lemme tell youthough, pink fades fast and you need a light hair color for it to show really well. I even went red for a bit because it fades into a beautiful neon pink for a few weeks. But if you want any fun colors, you have to work with them and re applly every few weeks (which really isn't that different from any other color). Don't do your whole head either. Try streaks. Much more fun.

use double the developer or 1/2 the color of red shade. (depends on how pink. light or bright)

if you bleach your hair (or just dye it blond..) and then use special effects it stays in for a long time.
