Start off with the basic most used technique. Run for 1 minute, walk for 2 minutes. If you can do this for 30 minutes, 5 days a week, then you will be shedding the pounds like it is your job. Also eating a balence diet that contains many fruits, vegitables, and meet will help you. Always remember to keep hydrated. Water is better for you than sports drinks.

Nothing Radical. Half an hours exercise a day should do the trick.
(Walking, Cycling, Swimming etc.) Of these swimming is the best because it exercisees all parts of the Body. Watch your diet as well.

Run, run, run.... Seriously find something that you enjoy doing because I believe the key to being fit lies in consistency. If you get bored of running on a treadmill you can run along the beach, through the countryside, any place that inspires you.

Actually,walking is the best form of light exercise there is-especially power walking although some people think it looks funny. Start with that and go on from there.
