Sorry honey, after four children, I don't care how young or old you are, the truth is that you are NEVER going to have the same body you had before you had children. That is the price we pay for having those bundles of joy. Now you can get back into shape by working out and running, but those breasts are never going to be "perky" once you've had 4 sets of little hands and 4 little mouths pulling them downward. So, short of surgery, you can always go for those "push up" bras.

How old is the youngest one? Because if you're 23 and you've had 4 pregnancies spaced every other year, you were no more than 15 for the first one and the fourth is probably pretty recent.
Give yourself a little recovery time and then find an exercise routine that DOESN'T INVOLVE SEX.
You're very young and probably pretty resilient still, but you've put your body through a lot of strain and it's going to take time to recover.

Run...keep running. Its a good stress relief. Get your kids involved. Go for a jog after dinner each night. Have them walk/run with you. You don't have to be sprinting down the street to get a workout. When they are having trouble keeping up, jog in place. I used to weigh 225lbs after having my 3 children. I have been at 130 now for the last 2 years. Your tummy will never be the same, and the stretch marks aren't going anywhere. Padded push up bras do wonders. Good luck!

You could get your entire body into shape, except your tummy area if it is still sagging and has that excess skin. Unfortunately, the only thing that you can do for that, is a tummy tuck.. I had mine done and I loved it... I got everything else nice and lean and just had my pouch which now is gone... So, if you are in New York, I may give you information where you can go, reasonable prices and professionals.

Okay - you apparently can not handle the TRUTH.
without surgery there is no other way.
without money you can't have surgery.
get a second job and an appointment with a plastic surgeon.
you are still young, you will be glad you did.

you can try a personal trainer someone who can sit down and talk to you and see where you want the changes in your body to take place and design a exercise plan to make that happen

Keep having children and people will just think you're pregnant again and not out of shape.
