what port in our computer that is use when we use application with webcam feature?

i cannot run my apache web server because there is another application that use the web server. it happens after i installed a webcam into my computer to be used with yahoo messenger. is the problem has any relation with the webcam that is installed?

The web server is running on TCP/IP port 80 (sometimes port 8080, too)

If the webcam has installed a video server on the same port, that would cause a conflict.

Sounds like a conflict. Back your current program up, delete it, and try to re-install the one you want.
