i mean if u like the boy and u get signs that he kinda likes u too then go 4 it and ask him out because there's more chance that he will say yes. if u wait he might not ask u at all or go out with someone else. ( the signs are he smiles at u, talk 2 u, and he makes u laugh, and so much more)

if you wait around to ask him, your never going to get a date with the guy. besides if you don't tell the guy how you feel, don't get upset if he doesn't know.
