Toyota Celica or Camry. My Camry ('91 I think, before airbags, anyway) was a little old lady car. Even we drove it under 10 thousand the 1 1/2 years that we've had it, so it is very low miles. My husband & I use to both own Celicas. His had about 300, 000 miles when we traded it in. Mine had about 230,000 miles when we needed to trade it in for a family car. Toyotas drive many miles before being ready for the junk yard.
Nissan is another great choice. My husband had a Pathfinder. For being a SUV, it is pretty nice. The mpg is only about 17 though.

I would have to say Toyoto Tercel, as I know 5 or 6 people who've put 200,000 miles and up on them, with the cars still running great and no major repairs. You just don't seem to be able to kill those cars.
