Don't squeeze them yourself! That will only start a vicious cycle that ends with permanent acne scars. Go to a professional cosmetician and have them give you a thorough facial and extract them. They will make sure to close up your pores when they are done to minimize recurrence ot the offending witheheads.

well, i got this thing that estheticians (skin specialists) use. it's a silver metal tool used to pop zits and it's good for removing whiteheads on the nose. it's better than popping with your fingers because you don't get the oils from the hands on your face. it's best to soften the skin first by washing with warm water or after a steamy shower.
you can find them at sephora in the section where they sell make up brushes and all that stuff...or maybe on-line too.

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.
In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

First pop it. Then in the morning wash your face, put toothpaste on it let it dry. Leave it on for about a half hour to an hour. Wash it off and continue your day. Before you go to bed, repeat this process, leave on over night. When you wake up, do it again.

if they look like their ready to be squeezed don't squeeze them use a really rough cloth or something and rub the spots really hard and the heads should come off them but in the meantime make sure you're cleansing toning and moisturising as this will help prevent them looking so bad and for appearing so often hope this helps! x

Happens to me all the time. There is no specific medicine if you are looking for one. Just wash your face with soap when they are gone to prevent others from spreading around the old ones. Though don't wash the exisiting ones. They'll get bigger and oilier.
Good luck.
