keep working out definitly!! even increase your workout a little bit. Also, stop drinking soda's...it really makes a huge difference. Salt makes a huge difference as well....try to cut your salt intake drastically. Salt makes the body dehydrated...which in turn makes your body retain more water...which makes you heavier.
Cutting portion sizes in half and reducing sugars and salts in your diet will help a lot but excercise is the most important. and for losing weight...Cardio is the key!! running, eliptical...keep it up GOOD LUCK!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

If you continue to eat the same way after you lose the weight it will return, I lost 25 lbs by eating a large salad before the main course. It might work for you. The problem with this is you must make some changes in your eating and life style habits, for it to stay off.

Not a short cut really. There are no healthy short cuts. But you can eat as many fruits and vegetables as you want. Also lean meat. And not gain any weight. Cut back on pasta, sweets, potatoes, and you will lose some weight naturally. Also, drink plenty of water, it flushes out your system and helps you to burn calories more quickly. Also, you are still growing, honey, and your weight will balance itself out naturally as you grow. Smile, and love yourself--that always looks good!

the best exercise plan is constant sex, jk
there are no real short cuts the best way to do it is diet and exercise, just stay away from everything bad- you know twinkies and the like, you could try to eat 6 small protion meals a day instead of 3 larger meals. Just watch what you eat and you should be ok if you keep the exercise routine up!

Do NOT starve yourself. Walking, swimming, and other outdoor exercises are great ways to get fit. You don't have to go on a hard diet, just simply cut out things like fast food, junk food, candy, etc. Also try to refrain from drinking soda, unless it's diet.
