If god made ALL life then he loves all life equally. So your heaven will be squirming with "saved" maggots?

God gave us dominion over all the animals and Christ came to bring us to have eternal life with God. Yes, God loves all life, but we are the only ones capable of moral choice. Maggots wouldn't even be able to be "saved" as you put it.

Yes, there will be a new earth and heaven where even the animals would be vegeterians again, so I wouldn't be too worried about maggots or anything because there will be no more pain, no more suffering, no more disease, no more tears.

May God lead you to Christ.

I feel that I am worth more than a maggot, and so are you. If there was a fire and I had to save either a human or a maggot, I would save the human. God gave us the bigger brains, He loves us more than maggots.

I am a Christian Pastor and I certainly do not feel that I am any better than anyone else.
Actually due to the stance I have taken I may very well be the least of all of you.
I try to life live according to the words of God and the teachings of Christ but I fail miserably sometimes.

Yes, we do honestly believe so. God made all life, but I see no reason why He should love all life equally. He never said so, and I see no logical reason why that statement should be true. He made life (on earth at least) for our sake. He gave human beings dominion over every other living thing, to cherish and to lead them. They are not equal with human beings, and when they die they return to the dust they came from.

Haha, maggots are actually an important part of the biological process. They are responsible for the breakdown and removal of matter which would otherwise be harmful to the surrounding environment...

What do Christians do?

and you feel the equivalant as a maggot?

God gave man dominion over the earth. We are OVER the animals, birds, and every crawling thing on the earth.

I am a child of God. I AM special.

to quote n9wff:

"God gave man dominion over the earth. We are OVER the animals, birds, and every crawling thing on the earth.

I am a child of God. I AM special."

this is why christians hate pagans. pagans think more along the lines of what you said - humans are animals like the rest. nothing special.

n9wff and christianity really need to change their ways

God does love us all. However, not everyone answers his call. Christ came to save sinners. If you seek the Lord and believe, you will be saved. It requires faith and belief. Without those, you're cooked.
