i become very tired shortly when i work

Lots and lots of water (NO SODA EVEN DIET), lots of fresh veggies (lightly steamed if possibe to retain all their good stuff) and fruits, avoid beef as much as possible and stick to skinless chicken and turkey!
Take good natural vitamins and get yourself into a workout routine...yoga or pilates helps in giving you energy! Also try to get at least 20 min of natural sunlight per day...it give you an energizing boost of Vitamin D!

It sounds like you should get professional advise. I went to my health care provider several years ago and told him how tired and weak I had been feeling and it turned out that I was going through a depression.

meant.soy. peanut butter. all fruits and veggies.. 100percent cheery and cranberry juice are good for natural energy
