It is still there. I am seeing how long it stays in one place.

It would bother me being there, but I wouldn't kill it. Depending on my mood, I might leave it there...or more likely I would grab a stepstool and scoop the spider up in a jar or something (so it wouldn't bite me) and then dump it outside. I don't like squishing bugs cause you get guts everywhere. gross.

Not for long.

Because if i found a huge spider on my ceiling, i would perform a Full Sherry on it.

What is a Full Sherry, you ask?

A Full Sherry is when you catch the spider, roast it with a barbecue lighter, squish it, and then bury it at sea (or flush it down the sink or toilet, if these are more convenient).

(The Sherry in this story is my friend who was bitten by a spider last summer and ended up in the hospital. I now kill all spiders i encounter in her honour. And the ones i find on my ceiling are fully deserving of the Full Sherry.)

Yes, I would have ran for the hairspray. (When I don't have bug spray) The nasty thing will craw on you when you sleep. I won't squish em cause they leave guts every where. Nasty. Kill the thing before it has little spiders.
