Some people speak while having sex for many reasons - Some I found are
1. Strengthening the relation
2. Expressing intensity of feelings.
3. Mitigate or negotiate something in turn of sex...
4. Divert mind to have delayed orgasm
5. They want to make moment live by adding words. (dialog).
Now your question is more about 'why they feel' rather than why they speak. So I would say, they feel about speaking because mainly they have left a gap in communication at other times and never found a chance to fill it. While having sex, they see the intimate closeness and then at once feel the urge to fill the gap that was left unattended. Many circumstances arise here. But main reason is need to communicate expecially to save or strengthen the relation...! Even if they are cracking jokes, it means they are playful and want to save relation. That is a part of it...

MMMM Sex is a physical expression of self. All people have different ways of expressing themselves. That is the reason you can't use all the same techniques from one lover to the next. What it cums down to is what makes your girl the hottest and wettest. What brings the freak out of her and makes her want to bury you deep inside of her. Well, it depend on WHAT they say? Sometimes it can add to the stimulation....but if they are asking what the stain is on the ceiling while you're going to town....than I would say they aren't IN to IT....
