Heck no, I can't stand them. I got one, although not a big one, it sucks, and they are painfull when you bend down to tie your shoes, pants don't fit right and they are hard to get rid of. Be honest, I'd rather not have one, if I could get myself in shape I'd lose it today, Just don't have the energy anymore.
