I used to babysit these two girls kayle and aubrey kayley was 3 and aubrey was 2, brian would often call aubrey retarted because she couldn't yet talk and I would yell at him for this. I babysat these girls on mothers day and the day afterwards the mother called and said that kayley said that my brother had stuffed a toy mouse in her privite and that I had found him and then started yelling at him. yesterday someone had called our house and said we may be investigated. there are so many things wrong with this story because she said that he nocked her down on the stairs. no children are allowed downstairs and we have a gate to make sure of it. second I did not see this so how could I yell at him for it. third I only left those girls alone long enough to go to the bathroom. forth we don't have a toy mouse.fifth shouldn't she have been sctatched or brused or would she have just lay there and let it happen. sixth wouldn't there have been noise. the 3 adults there would have helped her

seventh my brother would NEVER do anything like that. eighth he was on the computer on runscape all day I know this because my sister was at our dad's house and on it all day and saw him on there...............................................................why would anything like this ever come up?.... and what if they do inspect us and think they find something that isn't there?.... If I was covering for my bro why would I post this question on ask. He is 13 and can't go to jail yet. HE IS INNOCENT. And I HATE child molesters,
I am worried about Kayle though, either she was molested by someone who she is confuseing with brian, or she is watching some movies at home that she dosent need to be watching

Don't worry. All those things you just said, if you are investigated, tell them. Tell them to check the child, take her to a doctor and prove if the child does have bruising or anything like that. Tell the truth and if you know he didn't do it, Stick by him. This will really really be hard. Good Luck.

Well with the way society is so quick to run and judge without knowing all the facts and the way worthless agencies like Child Protective Services are, he may need to get a good attorney. Not one of those public defenders (they are paid by the same people that would try to put him away). In some state's they don't even need medical evidence to convict. Just the word of 1 witness (which could also be the so-called victim themselves) and many counselors harp on and on to these kids, even when nothing happened, and convince them that something did. Maybe you should start making a few calls to criminal lawyers and get some further information.

Well I'm sure they will be examining and counselling the girl , and if she does appear to have been raped or abused in any way then yes you and your brother both should be scared. But toddlers do lie sometimes, they make up stories. But I've never heard of a toddler tell a story like this and be lying, maybe you are just covering for your brother!

If indeed he is truely innocent than he should get a good lawyer.There will denfitely be an investigation.Child molestation is a serious crime.He could end up in jail.So to prove he's innocent he needs the best lawyer he can afford.They will also examine the child to see if she was molested and they will question her.But if your brother is guilty than he deserves to go to jail.

First thing, your brother should get a lawyer. Child molestation is such an issue these days that railroading is possible.
If he is guily, let him rot in prison.
