i went into the hospital for a couple months and my roommate moved taking my stuff with her, now she wont contact me at all.

#2. Insist that a report be filed.

#3. Press charges!

#4. Send her a Birthday card while she is in jail........

You may report to the police for the lost of property. The police will investigate and find out who stole your stuffs. That person(s) may or may not be your roommate.
If it's your roommate, she deserves what she has to pay back.

that happened to me sorta.....i left to go somewhere for not even half a day and i had money and a lot of other things stolen from me...i dont live there anymore.
