I always read here that everybody is born with sin, that it's impossible not to sin, etc, etc.

Then you die, go to those gates of heaven, and Peter gives you that list of all your earthly sins.

let's take, for example, Mother Teresa of Calcutta...what would be on Peter's list of sins in her case ?

I do not and have never believed that we are born in sin. This is a man made theory. To think that God holds a grudge and punishes all of humanity because of some alleged sin by Adam and Eve is ridiculous. God, or our source creator, is all love. Grudges and punishment are human qualities, not to be ascribed to God.

First off we are not born with sin. To sin you have to know the difference between right and wrong. We sin as we grow, thus we learn right and wrong then we make a conscience choice to do the wrong thing and that is the sin. This covers everything from steeling to treating people nice. As long as you do the right things and be "THE BEST PERSON" you can without hurting anyone. Secondly, if you believe in all the heaven stuff if you just do all the right things you will have no problem getting through the Gates. So all in all no matter what we do we as humans will always not do the right things. BUT WE ARE NOT BORN WITH SIN!!!!

Your basic premise is wrong. Everybody HAS sinned and been born with the sin nature, but everybody is no longer a sinner. When a person is forgiven of their sins, they repent and ask the Lord to help them stop sinning. As long as they remain a Christian, they don't sin. A sinning Christian is a contradiction just like an honest robber.

Mother Teresa was indeed a unique and good individual but I assure you there is no one here at Y/A that can even begin to answer your question with and accuracy or authority.
The Bible says all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God and for the child of God that ends the discussion.

Sin..Definition: Literally a missing of the mark, according to the Hebrew and Greek Bible texts. God himself sets the "mark" that his intelligent creatures are to reach. Missing that mark is sin, which is also unrighteousness, or lawlessness. (Romans 3:23; 1 John 5:17; 3:4) Sin is anything not in harmony with God's personality, standards, ways and will, all of which are holy. It may involve wrong conduct, failure to do what should be done, ungodly speech, unclean thoughts, or desires or motives that are selfish. The Bible differentiates between inherited sin and willful sin, between an act of sin over which a person is repentant and the practice of sin.
As to your question how all are sinners:
We are all sinners due to the "original sin" committed by our original parents, Adam and Eve. Because they chose free will not to listen to God's admonishment of not eating of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, they committed willful sin. They listened to the serpent (Satan) and disregarded their Father's warning. The result of this sin was death. We inherited that sin through the blood of our forefathers, and now we all die. This disease perpetuates itself throughout all humanity.

Yes! You realise it lovely good. Congratulations! We ALL have been born within the sin of Adam and Eve. From the stomach and on we're sinners. Only Jesus can supply us a brand new beginning. Give us a middle that does not desire to sin. A regenerated middle.

I can perceived a little more to your question, so here it goes.----> That is why there is something that it calls baptism?, at lest as for what I know, such is the custom within the catholic religion? That is in charge, have had, has and will have, the responsibility to baptize every child as soon as possible, after been born, simple because under God Law we all born sinner's.<------> It seams, and will seams, than that responsibilities for with each child to become free from sin, falls in every parent's and progenitors this seams to be and sound like an unrealistic fact to be consider. Thou, we can't deny that the influence of every parent in our life, will determinate the ability we will master to create and achieved for our self a quality of life necessary that each new born, should be able to experience, to achieved a better quality of life, that in the future unmistakable will become an influenece for any society. Been this the Quality of life, such individual (the child), will practice after words. especially while the parents deal and experience his/her growth. God law's will apply more to our parents that have the responsibility to guide, clothe, feed, and take care and guide the child for the right path, to become a new productived and respected individual of our society. Path of course that it will seam imperfect and in some instances not even closer to be the path needed for a child to become a child of God, and grow rightgiously under God care. although there is a believed that within the Catholic church it has been parctice for centuries, in which at the time of been ones baptize, every chield, and every children will be able to become under the guidance and under the unbrella of the holly spirit, and once again after baptism, free of sin, by the grace of the holly spirit. There is no fult of our own is our parents didn't teach our self's to better our self's, for within the society and or comunity in which we leave. God scheme it is a great scheme.

The word sin simply means "to fall short of the mark." We all do that on occasion, as none are perfect - except God. So, we try, we mess up, we ask for help (forgiveness) and try again. The trick is to not make the same mistake over, and over, and over, etc. That shows a total lack of trying.

By nature people are greedy and selfish. And in Christianity it is a sin to even think about doing something sinful. Mother Theresa probably had moments when she had a selfish thought and then quickly dismissed it.
