What kind of normal everyday things look rediculous to you? Things that come to mind are going to the bathroom, eating something like spaghetti, waiting in a long line, fixing things - like light bulbs, just think of ordinary activities that can become outrageously funny.

Don't mean to denigrate your profession, but mimes have always irritated me. Not as much as clowns. But maybe a mime doing vocal warm-ups and singing in a concert would be unique.
