remember what God did to Lucifer when he "expressed his ideas"?

I hope we have free will to a certain degree but I don't think we will need freedom of speech cause hopefully will know enough truth to not have anything to argue about because like if we are going to be arguing and needing laws in heaven we should just stay on earth.

Why should you need any freedom at all when you will all be just perfect without any problems? Just play your harp and sing your hymns, and don't worry about anything. Personally, I'd be bored to death.
However, I do not agree that we "created" evil with our free will. Evil is simply the choice to do what is not right. We have free will, so we have the power to choose to do evil; but we don't create the evil. It is there by the logic of the situation. There is no light without darkness against which to see it. Or at the very least, there is no way to comprehend light without the dark background.

I never thought about it. The real issue here is whether or not we'll have free will. As a limited and finite human being, I cannot imagine a paradise where we don't have free will, but then, I could be wrong, I have been before. I hope we have free will, here and in heaven, if we don't, then I have some issues with God.

There will be freedom of speech but you honestly won't want to commit a deliberate sin. No temptation to sin. No corruption. Your free-will will be uncorrupted. There's no reason you will want to move away from God who is the source of free will. Moving away from God (sin) destroys your free will. Without a feeling of life from God, your free will dies by addictions, bad habits and depression. A life away from the source of Life is not a free life. You have to understand the connection between God and the source of everything good.

We're really not going to require free will, since we will find out the truth to all the questions we've ever had, once we have achieved the elevated, expanded consciousness known as Heaven.

Yes there will be but since the people that are morally sound will go to heaven then there will be no problem.

Ask God that question when you get there, if you ever do.
As reported in the Bible, his children will all be of one voice and one mind the day he returns.
