They say lemon juice. Just put some in and mix it up. Or there is some stuff you can buy called "fruit fresh".

You need to either use lime juice or lemon juice in your fruit salad. You can either sprinkle it over the top or just mix it straight into the bowl, then add a little bit of honey to taste. The acid in the juice will keep the fruit from browning. If your really want a treat you can carve your family name into the side of a watermelon and then scoop out the shell and put the fruit inside. I usually put the watermelon in the frig packed with paper towels till the event to keep it cold then I fill it with the salad, last minute. Enjoy

Filter some orange juice through a fine cloth so it won't clog up the sprayer, and put the clear liquid into a clean spray bottle. Spray a fine mist over the fruit salad. Cover with foil. Lemon juice will work too but the flavor is stronger and might be noticeable. Mmmm fruit salad! Now I am hungry... back later. ;-)

A sprinkle of lemon juice all over and toss/mix/coat well. Don't overuse it, though, too much lemon will make it taste funky...keep it in an airtight container that is NOT clear. Light and air are the biggest spoilers of fresh fruit!

Dont use fruit thats gonna brown like apples and pears and bananas and stuff. Or if you have to, squeeze over it some lemon juice because it works great and you cant actually taste it.
