Basic tip.
Be aware you can de-hydrate v easily without realising it.
Average Adult needs 2-3 litres/pints of fresh water EVERY DAY.
If that doesn't help trap the moisture in by using baby oil right after a bath/shower.

Lots of lotion, definitely. I've also heard that there are gloves that you can put on at night that can help. My mother has used them and they've worked for her. You might want to look into that.
