It certainly wouldn't be the best way to cook a pizza because all the heat is only on the bottom side. If that's the only way you have, then make sure the heat is very low and put the lid on the bbq. If all the conditions are right, it would take at least a half hour to heat the pizza, although it will probably be pretty uneven - some spots frozen, other spots burned.

cooking frozen pizza on the grill isn't such a hot idea, but making your own pizza on the grill is pretty good. We've done that. Buy a crust, brush both sides with oil, cook about two minutes on the grill each side, then add your sauce, cheese and toppings, then grill until the cheese melts and take it off before the cheese starts bubbling.

If you have a gas grill, you could set it on a low flame and then leave it covered for about 10 minutes. Them put your 'za on the grill and cover again, like an oven. Check frequently, though!
If with charcoal, use just a few briquets to keep the temp low. You'll probably need to bake the pizza longer, though - but still check it.

Use a pre-holed metal pan pizza (or drill holes in one)cover with alumminum foil and close the grill (if you have a gas grill with a rack, upper rack is the best.

Thaw it completely.
If you want crunch crust, put the pizza directly on the grill; otherwise, use an oven safe tray or pizza stone.

I think you would want to thaw it first. After that you probably would want to use a preheated pizza stone. Your guess is as good as mine. I make homemade pizza on the Q and use a stone and add apple chips to the coals when I put it in.
