I just answered you and I wasn't joking. You are not going to overdose on panadols but you will feel seedy and crap. Your stomech might get ulcers trying to digest 20 panadols. Now be smart and call an ambulance, just in case. This isn't the best way to get noticed!

is that a prescription? if it is, the effects should be listed on the side of the sticker. but be prepared because that should be an overdose, meaning you'll die after a while. I suggest you got to the hospital a.s.a.p.
