You don't provide much information in your question for anyone to give you a decent answer. What do you mean when you say you're sexually retarded? Are you moving slowly through puberty? Or are you an adult who hasn't had much of a sexual life? Or do you simply feel that you "know nothing"?
What is a "normal" sexual person? and how do you compare with this perception?

I don't quite know what you mean. From some of your other questions, you appear fairly unintelligent anyway. I won't say retarded because there are real retarded people and it is not nice to insult them. Maybe you should get an education first before thinking about how your sex life is.
