She supperviises the other nurses under her chagre. If there is a doubt or a question qbout a pqtient, such qs wheter or not to call a doctor, it would be the head nurse who makes the decission.

Well you totally ignore saftey issues, you help other rn's organize fund raisers, and when there's a problem you've known that been going on for months you keep practicing the phrase I wasn't aware. Oh ya cover your own ***. Then screw over the people who've been faithful for years by taking away their hours and giving them to unexperienced new hires. Plus did i already say cover your own ***

I think they just make sure everyone is doing there job..oh yeah my sister works at a hospital and she was feeding one mental person and they were telling her to get inside there lotion bottle...they thought she was tinkerbell (because she is little)...and she tried to tell them no she can't but they got mad and bit her..i just thought i would tell someone that lol
