Language, skintone and if the Arabic woman is Muslim and the English woman isn't, then the way they dress would be different too.

Their religion is different and their languages. And to the dumb a*s that said that Arabic women arent liberated, you just proved that they are more liberated than you.

To "bad girl", if more libral means easy to open her legs, it is possible, but if equality and respect, there is no difference. I agree with others regarding difference in looks and believes. Hay, not all Arab are Moslim.
