Eat right and exercise? If you're looking for a "quick-fix", there isn't one. I have found that not slouching tends to make a person look thinner.

Don't get to obsessed with thin. Don't believe all these commercials. Just eat healthy food and get normal exercise. We are not supposed to be 40kg as a grown up.

Focus on a proper diet that includes exercise and a nutritious calorie restricted meal plan. Be sure to talk with your doctor to find the right vitamin(s) to supplement this plan. Try to minimize your alcohol intake, and consume ALOT of water daily. Good Luck!! It works if you stick to it!

even if you became thin eat healthy as well too

you should eat less junk food and sweets and more fruits. if you want to loose weight fast, u should eat 2 times less than you do normally and the results will be amazing.
