fertilizer is made of both natural gas & air.there is no problem with air as its available but there is with the natural gas as its price is fluctuated.so there is a problem for the year 2002-2003 as the price of natural gas became higer than the price of fertilizer. so what should we do to become risk avoider for this problem prior its existance?

Stop buying fertilizer! There are solutions that work as good and are free or quite cheap.

Compost is a super duper way to fertilize and it's free with a big bonus. You can take all of your kitchen scraps (veggie) and yard waste and throw it all in your compost pile. You save on trash by no longer having to bag it all up and don't forget that most of your cardboard and newspapers can be composted too. One way to keep your lawn healthy or anything I guess is to make compost tea then just put it on your lawn. After the compost is done, mixing it into your soil will make a extremely powerful dirt. my father once put a single tomato seed into a compost pile and ended up with literally hundreds of tomato's. Enough 'bout that.

Nature has provided us with many solutions, however they need time and work. No wonder we think it's easier to just go out and buy things that are all ready to go. I come from the idea that we need to just look around us and use what we already have. Long after the worlds supply of fossil fuels are gone, nature will still be providing solutions for us.
