Normally you need to be convicted, and then only after the courts determined that you have broken a law. That only happens when there is evidence that you have broken a law. Right now we just have a bunch of whiny people who don't like his decisions and will never like any thing he does because those people are morally corrupt and not very smart either.
And as for an above answer...congress does not impeach! Read the U.S. Constitution, as I can tell many Democrats have failed to do, and you will see that the U.S. Senate is the only legislative body that impeaches. A good example would be the impeachment of Bill Clinton or for an older example, Andrew Johnson, neither of which succeeded in removing the President from office. Ironically Johnson was trying to rebuild a nation and the radicals didn't like the way he was doing things. Now Bush is trying to rebuild a different nation and the radicals don't like the way he is doing it. Funny huh. Radicals never change they continue to do moronic deeds and sometimes even worse voice their weird opinions.

That's not gonna happen because the people elected him. Every President before him has broken the rules and every President to come will break the rules. It just gets a little bit worse every term. Get used to it The Government is our biggest threat. Don't vote for any of them this is not their country they stole it from the indians. Therefore that makes all of us white americans guilty of terrorism.

well remember this is not JUST the president it is the american people. it is the congress. most americans are in denial on what is happening around the world. this is american mentality. it is alright to occupy other countries that are muslim and they must like it. we will take what ever we want and if they resist they are terrorists. think about somalia, afghanistan, palestine, iraq twice. soon going after iran, and syria. but who are the real culprits here is it really the american president? he is just a figure head. look to carl rove. one of the most evil men in modern times. "the behind the scenes man" and of corse we have to look at the congress who passes all these laws. i am muslim and even i know it all can not be blamed on the government. remember according to the constitution which is what the rest of the world sees this where it clearly states the government is by the PEOPLE! according to the american constitution the AMERICAN people are the ones who have the most active voice when it comes to what the country does. considering the options that the american people are left with when it comes to election time they are left with butt head a and butt head b. niether one is who any decent person would want to run this country.so this system of checks and balances is obviously a bug failure.
when i see the american people blindly say that people make up the wire tappings and there is no torture going on this sickens me. there is substancial proof and the countries own political leaders confirm it. this will just show how incompitent a majority of americans have allowed themselves to become. the proof of the incompitence is the fact we have who is in office. the voters in america (majority) does not have a moral leg to stand on and if they really cared what the rest of the world though which they do not they would not support such evil. now i would like to just say not to play devils advocate here but if we look at the 56 muslims countries world wide any one with a brain would have to say this is partly their fault as well. you see arab countries do not have decent voting systems the same as any other country. they are just as bad when it comes to torture. like my husband is from tunisia and in his country they have had the same president for over 20 years. do u think that president is a decent man? over in arab countries especially the ones who are tight with the american government if you say the wrong thing against their government you get carried away in patty wagons, tortured and never seen or heard from again. this country is almost the same way. the only difference is american government continues to try to hide it. in a constant state of DENIAL where the rest of the world does not pretend to have freedom. there is no freedom world wide. this is just the harsh reality of truth. the country i would hav to say who displays a proper government would be sweeden. u do not see any arabs trying to blow them up because they remain a country that still holds freedom as a precious value.
in conclusion i would have to say it is up to the american people to make the changes. stop living in never never land. get an education. stop having a consumer like mentality where they allow these corrupt politicians to do all sorts of horrific things in the NAME of the american people. basically face the truth and actually do something about it. until this happens u can bet ur sweet cheeks these things are not going to stop. first on the list is to get rid of electoral voting. national vote should be the only thing that counts. but that is a whole nother story. good luck for trying to educate people but the american people are clearly not ready at this time to stand up for what is right let alone come clean on what they have done to devistate many lives world wide.

Contrary to what you may have seen on 24, a sitting president can't be arrested. If Bush breaks the law, it's up to congress to impeach him.

you got to love them, you can't beat them in the polls so you make up alot of bull and want to call it news.
no illegal wire tapping has happened, and while they call it torture, honestly making them talk to save lives has value.
no illegal denttention, they are war criminals and war prisions
and there is no seperation of church and state, just no allowance for state religion, the state can be religoius, esp when it works better than not.

Soon, I hope, before he can do any more damage to the country. He should be tried in an international court as many of the laws that he has broken are war crimes. He should be tried for his crimes against humanity.

When he does something that actually 'harms' the general populous, would be my guess...which will not be. I mean uuuu, he taped a wire, uuu, he'd known to "torture", uuuu, how has he hurt u. I'm sure...(NOT). So consider what was the option?
