i have a ton of pics, i would like to resize all in one shot. i use win98se. i don't mind paying but it has to be reliable and fast.

Adobe Photo-shop is a great tool for doing any kind of photo work. However for very specialized photo editing action there is usually an available plug-in for photo-shop. One specifically designed to re-size a picture larger without pixelization is Genuine Fractals 4.1. For resizing to a smaller pictures most photo programs work fine, including Adobe photo-shop.

I use Photoshop CS2 for all my work.

In that you can create a single action that will resize an image. Then you can apply that single action to all files in a folder so it will do a mass resize for you.
