You've cut too many calories from your diet. To curb this till your next dinner time, drink some water, or eat some fruit. I often eat a decent size apple, then have a large glass of water. More than holds me over till dinner. I hope this helps!

Diets as such do not work for very long. You have just said why. Hungry all the time means you are not getting some of the foods your body needs. Sugar is not as bad as most people say it is. You do need some of it. Oils, fats starches are the things to keep to a minimum. Have some sugar in the mmorning and see if that helps you feel better. That is the time you need it the most. Having a snack before bed does not turn into fat. It is actually good for you to eat something before bed. It is many hours before breakfast if you stop eating early in the evening. Have an apple or banana or a salad without dressing. late before bed and you won't be so hungry in the orning. Ice cream is not a good before bed snack but not so much because of the sugar as that milk products are hard to digest.
...Don't be afraid to make changes in your diet to find what you really need and what you don't. Don't just count calories.

Your always hungry because you are not getting enough of what your body needs. What most likely is happening is when you cut back on eating you also cut back on the stuff your body does need.

Everyone needs at least 1000 calories per day, some fat, Protien ( average female 70 and 100 grams, average male 100 to 125 grams), Vitamins, Minerals, Fiber and other nutrients.

Typically when someone says they are on a diet, they have cut back on everything, often below the levels the body needs.

I used a meal replacement plan to lose 30 pounds in 2 months and never felt hungry.

What kind of diet are you on? If you feel hungry, that`s not the diet for you. You sure need nutrition. Visit this website www.beaturlbs.com. There is a tablet on there its called Snack defense. It keeps you from not eating snacks, or wanting them. Its really good.

The only thing I can add is that it is possible to confuse hunger with thirst so if you are sure you are getting all the nutrients you need then try drinking some water when you are hungry.

This is normal. Now you have to muster all the will power you have to keep the weight off.If you fall off the wagon, the weight will be back so fast, it will make your head spin.
