i did today and twice yesterday. yesterday he thought his neighbor wight be a child molester and wanted help killing him.

Reported, but don't answer his questions. Obviously this is a cry for attention. The best course of action, and the most effective would be to report him, but don't give him the satisfaction of getting a rise out of you.
