Well making ur brain sharper huh?
Well one most common thing that most of us forget is Not to overload the brain. it is a very complex yet responsive machine’s overloading it simply makes it duller by the day. Take the problem at hand and at that specific moment try to stress on that problem alone. try to tune out the other things...a very important exercise might be thinking with all your heart that u positively know the answer to the question or problem at hand...this is a very nice method because this way u feel that your mind knows the answer for sure .u just have to search for it...clear your mind out. Practice meditation’s yoga. Very effective n try testing your mind from time to time...see things around u and try to question your self. Try to find out hidden mechanisms without opening a machine...try to figure out possible answers to certain problems. sit with books test yourself like this from time to time’s will see that the more u exercise your brain the more it will get used to responding in complex situations n will also get used to stay clear n sharp...exercise is also very good n helpful...along with that though i wouldn’t stick to this idea a lot. But u cud considers taking almonds or other protein-rich nuts along with milk. this helps.....take care. With love n luck. .sia

Good question, I've had the same problem. One thing I do, is find some puzzles that I like, such as crosswords. If you use your mind, it's like other muscles; the more you work it, the better it works.
Some people may not like the time to do this, and I understand. That's why I do it like during my lunch hour, some time when it won't take away from my schedule.

You seem to be induldging all things looking good. Here you will have to develope a hoby to keep your mind thoughtless. I know it the most dificult thing but just try, probably you will come out of difficulty.
You should intend to study the basic principles which will help you to avoid confusion. The science of spirituality will help you.
Develop a hoby of singing and walking which will remove tension or confusion.

Don't smoke your first joint untill the end of the day when you can sit down and relax. Otherwise you'll be dull and listless all day. Like you are now. If you quit drugs alltogether you can stay alert all day.

as the rhyme goes "early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy,wealthy and wise".make sure you are following the old school principle.our mind works at its best when one feels happy.make sure that you enjoy doing what you are doing.if you are not enjoying your work.simply quit.look out for some other prospectives.

read the book Dianetics by L.Ron Hubbord it is a big book but it teaches you to use every part of your brain where we only use one quarter
