My computer doesn't let me fill out form 612 in my computer. 612 is for ferderal employment,?

Most Federal forms are downloadable in Adobe PFD format. They may or may not allow you to fill them in on the computer. Even the ones that allow you to fill them in won't let you save a copy, so you must print it out. It looks like you will have to print it out and hand print the application.
