Honey first thing you need to do is change the way you feel about yourself. Depression can make you gain wieght and make you think you are ugly, which I am sure is not true. You cant change anything before you have a possitive attitude. Trust me I was the same way but once I could say I was beautiful I was able to lose 50lbs with diet and excersise, and it was great. You need to love yourself, look in that dreaded mirror with a positive attitude you will see beauty.

diets don't work so don't try, you'll always regain the weight when you stop. You need to pick up a health and fitness magazine and find a healthy food lifestyle that best fits your needs.

Exercise. There are all different types of exercises that will change the way you look. Talk to a PROFESIONAL trainer and ask for exercises that change what you feel you need to.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So, you should try to love yourself and you might find out that you're not that bad after all. But the healthy way always is to exercise and watch what you eat. If you are over weight you should consult your doctor.

Lots of exercise. Walking is a great way to lose weight. Try joining a country line dance class.

beauity is in the eye of the beholder, others have made you feel this way. try to look inside yourself at the things that make you feel good, improve them try not just to focus on the outer, this coming from someone who does the same

Eat less,Sleep well,if you smoke quit it, try to have a positive view about life and esp about your self, Exercise regularly,
use more fruits and vegetables. always try to Put a Smile on Your Face.

nobody´s ugly...anyway if you feel that way you should really eat less and even if you didn´t lose any weight you will feel great because of good and healthy food which helps you out from depresions and depresive thoughts such as "I am ugly"...it helps :-)))
