If you are very much overweight, yoga probably won't be possible.
Try losing some weight by other means first. You have to be thin and flexible to make yoga work.

I don't know what kind of sites that you are looking for: being overweight or for yoga?
Reduce your sugar and fat intake and even if you just walk either in the morning or evening or both you will see a difference. Drink plenty of water as well.
The library is a good source for tapes if that is what you are looking for.
good luck

go to your public library. it is the building with all the books. walk there. i don't care how far it is. take a lot of water with you. check out yoga dvd and books on yoga and wieght loss, and healthy cooking. that should be easy enough.

while any excersise is better than none, yoga will not get your heart rate up enough to burn fat.
GOOD for you and best of luck!
