drink plenty of water. no carbohydrates. vegetables only.
skim milk. jogging atleast 30 minutes. resist craving for foo not helathy. discipline your self.
take atleast 2 glasses of water before meals.

Try exercising a bit. Try and do some walking for about 20 minutes a day. Also do some crunches.
Fat on your hips and tummy is the hardest to get rid of :(

reduce the sugar and fat content down in your and drinks.
Like soda pop and ice cream
eat foods reduced in sugar and fat and walk more or some type of exercise.

How much ever you want to eat ,you can eat ,but see to that you do regular exercises like aerobics and reduce your sleep.

Exercise regularly and most importantly is to watch what you eat.Not eating would put your body into starvation mode and that would make your body store fat.Good luck.
