I have enough experience with my sister. You don't hate her just think you do. It took me some time to realise that. As you grow old you to will have the same experience

I hated my sister right up until I became a teen. From the age of 18 I realised she was someone I could turn to when I needed help..and now im in my 30's she we have a fantastic relationship. I dont know how old you are but you may grow out of it...or has she done something specific to you?? If so why not try and talk to her.

You hate your sister because of the very fact that she is your sister. Siblings will always bug the heck out of each other. Its like their purpose in life. Its not that you hate her. You may just hate the things that she do or you can say you hate her ways. Trust me it will get better. If it doesn't just think of it as someone that you can torment. :)

You're probably jealous. Siblings do compete for attention from the parents, and sometimes a parent unwittingly favors a sibling who thinks or acts more like they do.

I can only tell you that as long as your sister is not an evil person, you will be glad later on that she is in your life. Why not put aside jealousy and realize we get what we get in life, and we don't covet what other people, even our sister, have.

No, You love her, the opposite of hate is love. Believe me. Just imagine if one day, your family doctor tell you that your sister has only 3 days to live, how would you feel and do?

Feeling hatred toward any family member is natural. It happens 'cause we get jealous or angry at something they've done. But at the end of the day, we are still family and still love you. Remember that. I've lost two brother in less than two years. And those times that you hate them, become the times you remember most.

sometimes i don't like all three of my sisters, but like everyone else they have good and bad and bad points.

try doing something that you both like together - shopping ice skating or going for lunch. this might show you both that although you dont have to be best friends, you at least have parents in common.

at the worst, if she doesn't accept the offer or it is a complete washout, at least you know that you have tried.

i get on great with allof my sisters now - sure we have our moments but as we have grown older we like to spend time together, and we sometimes all get together as families and have great days out. they are also an endless supply of support and my mum thinks its great

This question cannot be answered from a distance. But it seems that you harbour negative feelings and aggressions against your sister. Consulting a psychiatrist or counsellor will help you to find an answer to your question.

i hated mine for years but then she nearly died and it made me see how much i would miss her if she was gone your family are not your personality type id never be friends with some one like her but she's family so you have to try and try and try and even though they never stop being irritating you can learn to live with it and she will be the one person who cant ever leave you we are so close now even though i only see her half a year (for the best) shes my sister and i love seeing her
