Sometimes but I never show that to other people. I cry in my room and listen a music that can make me calm down... Sometimes I angry, said what do you think or what hurt you to other people is the best way that keep that in your self.....

i was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 6 years ago and i used to cry all of the time for no apparent reason i was very depressed and hated life, sometimes i would get angry and hurt myself, but now that i found something to live for i do pretty good i have learned how to deal with things in different manners to try and stay positive.

every time i get depressed, mad, angry or some times really happy I cry, I have the pregnancy moody blues.

Awww hun.. I had anorexia and I got a bit depressed because I didn't have much food in my body. Do something to entertain your self, like hanging out at the mall or with your friends. Do something to make you happy. If your problem continues, consult your doctor. I hope you feel better

It's okay to cry when you get depressed. Crying helps to relieve the pressure, and makes you feel better. I have cried a "river" of tears, over the course of my lifetime........no shame in that.

Everybody has problems in their life..work, family, money, etc. Keep your mind off of these stuff. Try doing something you like. For example: shopping, reading, or surfing the internet. But once in a while it's good to just let it out.

i'm a 55 year old guy and i let myself cry when the need comes. crying is healthy in several ways. it relieves stress, cleanses the body of harmful toxins, wets the eyes, washes dirt from the eyes. and promotes emotional healing.
