The "click" language spoken by the "!kung" people in Africa in known to be the oldest. It is called "click" language because that particular sound survives as meaningful only in those people.
By the way, it is also an "only-spoken" language.
Hebrew could only be the oldest if you are considering The Bible as your historic source.

Off record, and more credibly, I'd say the Australian Aboriginal language of Dharuk. (50,000 years). The reason why anthropolgists will never admit my second choice is because the Dharuk tribes never wrote anything down - it is a purely SPOKEN language....

The oldest language originated in Australia.
