I think this is a stupid statement and never should be said as it downs and degrades a beautiful thing like marriage. I really do not know even how to begin to respond to this one!

EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE A SPOUSE I DO AGREE WITH YOU WITH MY WHOLE HEARTED SUPPORT YOU, FOR THE STATEMENT THAT SINCE NUMBER OF THINGS GO WRONG ONE CANNOT BLAME THE GOVT. EXACTLY.
BUT REMEMBER HAVING A SPOUSE ALONE IS NOT THE SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEM?
PLEASE SPECIFY YOUR PROBLEMS ONE BY ONE TO JUSTIFY THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE A SPOUSE.

not everyone in life was ment to marry and if your statement is to have a spouce to blame things on that is the wrong reason to have a spouce ones spouce nore the goverment is to blame for everything
