Some men like them some dont. Also, the women has to know what to wear to make the lipstick look perfect on your lips. It depends who wears it. If it goes with your skin tone and the sensuality of your body. Also, the eyes and hair its a huge factor for the intense lipstick colors.

it really depends on the woman wearing it and her overall appearnace. if it screams 'notice me, i'm red!' it's probably the wrong shade.
