Not always... Everyone is different. I have had two kids and with both pregnancies, I had no symptoms... I had the regular feeling that I would get as if I was going to be getting my period., nothing more, nothing less. Then of course, when I missed my period, I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. You cannot go by what other women tell you and their own experiences, as everyone responds differently.. I am now six weeks pregnant, and nobody believes me, as I am energetic, light exercises, eating normal, no cravings or nothing like that, no sore breasts, NOTHING... The doctor said, I am one of those lucky ones... So, once you are pregnant, you will be able to know how your body responds to the pregnancy... Good Luck.

I am now in my 5th pregnancy and I will say that each one has been totally different. With my first one, I was 22 weeks pregnant before I even found out. With my second, 10 weeks. My third and fifth, I knew the minute it happened (sounds crazy, but you just know sometimes.) I NEVER have/had any symptoms of pregnancy - no nausea and vomiting, no weakness/tiredness..The only signs I had were lack of period and weight loss to begin with. I only gain 13-16 pounds with my pregnancies once I start gaining. So the answer is yes and no - you may know it in your heart when you become pregnant, but you may not always feel it in your body.

No. You don't feel that you are pregnant immediately. You can begin to feel pregnancy symptoms (nausea, breast tenderness, fatigue, just to name a few) after a couple weeks, sometimes around the time when your period is due, but sometimes that's still too early and you don't feel anything at all, but just have a missed period. Most women start feeling pregnancy symptoms a little later on, but still very early in pregnancy. Do a online search and read some info on pregnancy. That's what I did and still do.

Yes you can because your body is changing and you will get the morning sickness but the best time is in the 2nd to 3rd trimester becuase you can actually feel the baby move in side you.

I think every mother can feel every bit of pregnancy during its gradual course. Even you can feel. Are you pregnant, now? I am sure, you must be feeling high!

If you mean exactly when you conceived, no..You may be able to feel symptoms around when your period would be due...Alot of thease symptoms could be confused with pms i.e: sore breasts, "stretching" (confused with cramps), moody, tired, etc...
