Prevention...Don't drink then you won't have one!!

At 6:15 in the morning EST? Heh, either drink more, or drink less. A hangover is your body metabolizing alcohol. It ain't all out of your system yet. Drink more and it reverses the process. Drink less the night before, and you would not have the hangover.

Depending on what you have to do today (Saturday), some hair of the dog that bit you helps. Some, don't get stinking drunk again.

Or find yourself a refrigerator box, or a place under an underpass, and sit in it and contemplate what your future might look like.

Seriously, put a little alcohol back in your system. A little. And contemplate what you did last night. And don't do it again.

Fruit juice and eat a lot to soothe our poor tummmies. Apart from that, the night before, and after doing all the drinking, then take a fair bit of protein. Even half a pint of skimmed milk is good, but a favourite is beef and for some odd reason rice works well with it.

Oh, and exercise generally. Running's great but fast walking is really good.

No more hangovers.

hangover is the bodies reaction to shock dehydration. alcohol replaces the water in your blood stream.
this causes the muscles to ache because they are not getting water (including the brain).

to cure a hangover before you go to bed drink a 16-24 oz bottle of water. put another bottle of water and/or gatoride/poweraide next to the bed to chug as soon as you wake up. if you wake up to pee during the night get a drink of water or juice before going back to bed each time.

in the morning take 2 tylenol & chug the other bottle of water - then follow up with a breakfast which includes juice or watery fruit like oranges, grapefruit or melon.

Head straight down to MacDonalds and order a greasy cheeseburger, fries and a fizzy fanta! Fill your boots!
Then head home and crash out on your bed til you feel able to move again. Lol!
Works for me everytime!
If that still doesn't work. Go meet your mates in the pub and have a few lager shandy's.
You'll be in bed within the hour and when you wake up again it will all be gone!
Good Luck x

alka seltzer. but if you're allergic to aspirin, just drink lots and lots of water to decrease the level of alcohol left in your blood. water also flushes out your body of toxins. rest, don't listen to anything loud, and try to sleep it off.

lol some people say drinking more is the only sure cure for a hangover, but come on..there's gotta be a better way, right?

hope you feel recovered asap!

A good old fashion English Breakfast.

btw, most hospitals will not give you oxygen for no apparent reason at all, and considering the waiting time, you'd be better off doing something else than sitting there waiting to be infected by othe people.

GO to the hospital and ask IF you can inhale some OXYGEN!
