In case your ankle hurts when you get up after sleep or sitting at one place for quite some time and when you walk a little the pain becomes softer, then you are suffering from an ailment called "Calcaria Spur" and there is hardly any treatment with orthopedic surgeon expect for the pain killers. The spur is extra growth of bone of your ankle. Take hot water fomentation by adding some cooking salt and half lemon juice to hot water and soak your leg daily twice a day. You can try a simple and free treatment and if it works, please let me know on "close2health@yahoo.com."
Press the tips of your ring and middle finger both on hand as well as leg for the corresponding leg. You will observe hurting pain on the tips but without any worry, keep pressing the tips intermittently until the pain subsides . You are sure to get relief. Visiting doctors for your symptoms will be waste of energy, time and money. Best of health.

you wear high heels?if so stop wearing them go to a flat soled shoe.if you dont wear heels then you have possibly stepped wrong or twisted the ankle and it just started aching. another is that you have laid kinda funny and your ankle may have been in the wrong position or you may have hit the bed foot board.anything is very possible.also if you have a hubby or whatever they may have kicked you ankle.

No, I can't. L sits like that because it helps increase his brain capability up to 40%. But me? I think it would make mine go down to 87% because I'll keep on thinking, "Ouch!"
