Even if I seek a consultant's help, but yet I believe, before that, I must pull some good people's opinion and help.

Can anybody provide me an outline of a project profile to be submitted to a bank for a loan for a to be established knit garment factory?

If I can visualize what you are intending, you are not doing any good to your project (only you know how serious you are!). What outline you would be thinking of by "people's opinion", ultimately you would be required to expand, elaborate, substantiate and justify that and there you would be caught in your own web.

Unless any employee of a funder/bank is helping you by any illegitimate ways, he definitely has that much intelligence to judge you, your seriousness, commitment to your project and perhaps intentions.

If a professional/consultant will draw an outline, he would have the logic, reasoning, approach and in fact everything to counter objections and justify the feasibility based on the rules and practices. He would be able to expand it to full report based on norms and requirements.

For certain obvious reasons and limitations, no "good people" even if they try, would be able to justify by telling you here, the kind of "clues" you are intending!!! Even haphazard bits and pieces would cause more damage than good. Yes, if you need certain "headings" for an outline of project profile, you may go to any book store and buy ready-mades at the risk of your .......

Choice is always yours.
