Michael Jackson has had his face and neck bleached, along with a few nose jobs. Some other parts of his body are also bleached.

He was born with a skin pigmentation disease. I wish I could remember what it is is called. I learned about it in Anatomy and Physiology class. Melanin ( skin pigmenter) is not strong in some places on his skin. So he wouldn't be blotchy, he got artifically bleached in some areas of His Body.
If you'll notice, he was dark when he was young...

If you see him on the cover of his very early (perhaps his first) album - Thriller , You would see him as a typical black person. He has undergone Plastic surgery to become a white and had the Cheek to sing the song "Black or White" (a nice song but)...

well he was a black man until he had gone through a plastic surgery. So just because he did a surgery he cant become a real white man. He is still a black American.

He has a disease called Vitiligo that makes his skin lose pigment. He is still black!
