if you mean the quickest, then it's the goal of Hakan Sukur of Turkey. The goal was scored in the 9th second after the kick off in the 3rd place game of Korea/Japan world cup 2002

i was watching a game and after it had finished they said it was the hardest strike of the ball in football history at 97.5 MPH, i don't know how they figured that out

I'm not sure but one of the I think in either the semifinal matches or the 3rd place match in Korea 02, the goal was scored real early. It was one of the 'quickest' FIFA goal [if that makes sense]. But I dunno how fast.

people could only guess they didn't and maybe still don't measure the speed at which the ball goes past the line or hits the back of the net
