Ok here is an unconventional answer. But in my opinion the best one.
Become a nurse. You can either work for a traveling nursing company or a cruise ship line.
If you work with a travel nursing company, you get assignments based on your clinical experiences at hospitals where they have openings and you just travel to hospitals all over. You never stay in one area more than 3-4 months unless you truly want to. They offer housing allowances, moving allowances, and all kinds of perks.

Of course if you work for a cruise line you will have the opportunity to really see the world. You work usually a set time period and when that assignment is over you have a set time off before the next cruise leaves. Its usually somewhere like 4 months work and 4 months off, and then you go back to work. you get a generous salary and all of your food and place to live is paid for. So usually all the money you make you can save.

Just a suggestion! Good luck in whatever you decide to do!

I think you could join an NGO, that's a Non Governmental Organisation. These people go around the world doing social service in various countries.

Good Things : You get to travel a lot, because the world is full of people who need help and governments are not able to provide any help. Plus, you get a lot of name and fame. Plus, you get a satisfaction of serving humanity.

Bad Things : There is not much money. Besides, you might have to travel to places that may not exactly be exotic and scenic. For example, your organization may send you to Africa to work for the starving children. You will have to show the determination for the cause, rather than for your hobby of backpacking.

I don't know which country you belong to, but you can go and talk to the government officials in your city regarding the international organizations that are working your country. I am sure there must be some branch of UNICEF or UNO working in your country.

Then another good idea is to go to the capital of your contry and meet the people in different embassies. They might be able to give you enough information on the projects run by their countries in your country and around the world.

Try to get a job as a trainer for a company with international clients. The clients hire a trainer and most likely pay for travel expenses and sometimes meals are included.

since you're a girl. I think a stewardess will suit your description.

They have some requirements, though. like.. certain height (i reckon about 5.5 feet?).
you'll first be appointed for domestic flights, but as you climbing up, you'll be appointed for international ones.

You could be a diplomat, but I'm not sure if all of that political junk would be worth the travel.

you can be a computer wiz where you hop around the globe on specialised work; or a rig specialist, where you traverse oceans for specialised rig work. anyway, all needs sweat, no easy way out.
