I am not sure how msn space works. Is it like myspace.com?

If its just straight html code, then you have to use this tag:

HEIGHT="60"
WIDTH="144">

xfiles.mid is the name of the sound file you are trying to embed into your webpage. You might have to upload it into msn space. I have no idea how you set up the layout for your website in msn space but if you are allowed to upload the files, then just upload the sound file to your msn space and then use the code above.
